Mission
ECG cultivates a network of educators, researchers, and leaders who collaborate to improve teaching, learning, and contribute to policy in Grenada. We achieve this by sharing research with practitioners, delivering sustained professional learning (including mentorship and teacher training), advising institutions and policymakers, and partnering on sustainable, equity-focused projects that amplify student voice and strengthen community outcomes. We empower educators to apply evidence-based practices that improve instructional delivery and increase student outcomes.
