Our Purpose
Building connections, empowering educators, and strengthening educational communities through collaboration and shared expertise.
ECG exists to connect, empower, and resource educators, researchers, and youth-serving professionals—especially those involved in K-12 education, post-graduate research, youth work, and organizational leadership.
We serve as a central directory and hub for collaboration, with the goal of improving teaching and learning environments in Grenada and beyond.
By connecting people and ideas, ECG fosters collaboration that drives meaningful educational growth.
Our Goals
ECG supports Grenadians on the island and in the diaspora who are working in education, youth development, research, and organisational management.
ECG intends to serve as a resource for Grenadians doing post-graduate research, working with youth, and/or working in organisational management.
- Sharing scholarly research with K–12 and higher education organizations.
- Acting as a resource for policy, pedagogy, and practice, supporting improvements across the sector.
- Leveraging expertise to advance research and organizational growth.
- Partnering on sustainable initiatives that benefit learners and educators in Grenada.
- Delivering professional development, such as the flagship Teacher Training Program—a one-week summer intensive combined with year-long mentorship that equips educators to use culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and inclusive practices.
